About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visits.

2. Target industries such as manufacturing, construction, IT, startups, healthcare, and SMEs.

3. Understand client requirements, business activities, and compliance needs.

4. Recommend suitable ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environment) based on business type.

5. Educate clients about certification benefits, process, timelines, and costs.

6. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective clients.

7. Present service offerings and prepare proposals and quotations, if required.

8. Negotiate terms and close sales deals.

9. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.

10. Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market demand.

11. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, deal status, and closures, and update the CRM regularly.

12. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports/DCR to management.

13. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensure high client satisfaction, and handle objections effectively.

14. Ensure a smooth handover of client requirements after deal closure.

15. Conduct onsite assessments and surveillance for ZED Bronze, Silver, and Gold certification based on the given data.

16. Complete multiple assessments per day and visit multiple locations assigned by the company.

17. Complete both stages of mobile application and desktop verification for each assigned case.

18. Conduct assessments through the mobile and web modules, and respond to non-conformities (NC) within 8 hours of receipt.

19. Generate new ZED certification business each month through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visits to industrial areas.

20. Explain ZED certification benefits to MSME manufacturing units.

21. Guide companies through ZED documentation, assessments, and certification stages.

22. Conduct site visits, surveys, and basic evaluations as per ZED criteria in industrial areas.

23. Organize awareness programs, roadshows, and industrial camps.

24. Maintain daily reporting, documentation, and client follow-up.

25. Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth project execution.

Other Requirements:

- 4. Fluency in Hindi, English, and the local language.
