Business Development Executive (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.

2. Communicate with international clients, primarily in the US and UK, through emails and meetings.

3. Coordinate with internal SEO, link-building, content, and outreach teams to track client deliverables.

4. Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and pending deliverables to ensure timely execution.

5. Track client requirements, feedback, and action items, ensuring nothing is missed.

6. Assist in preparing client reports, account updates, and performance summaries.

7. Respond to routine client queries and escalate complex issues to senior team members.

8. Monitor client satisfaction and help address concerns proactively.

9. Maintain accurate client records, communication history, and project updates in CRM tools.

10. Develop a working understanding of SEO, link building, and digital marketing services.

11. Support client retention efforts by ensuring timely communication and reliable service delivery.

12. Gradually take ownership of client accounts and routine client interactions as experience grows.
