Business Development Associate (WFH)

About the job:
As a Business Development Associate at D4-XAI, you'll help build and strengthen business relationships through thoughtful outreach, clear communication, and organized follow-up. You'll work across prospecting, sales support, email campaigns, and online visibility to create opportunities and keep conversations moving.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research prospective organizations and contacts, identify relevant outreach opportunities, and maintain accurate prospect records.

2. Draft and send tailored email campaigns, track engagement, and refine messages based on responses and campaign results.

3. Support B2B sales conversations by preparing outreach materials, coordinating meetings, and following up promptly with prospects.

4. Communicate with prospects in spoken English, listen carefully to their needs, and share clear, relevant information about D4-XAI.

5. Keep sales activity organized by updating contact records, documenting interactions, and tracking next steps.

6. Review website content and basic search performance to identify practical SEO improvements that can support discoverability.

7. Coordinate with colleagues to share prospect feedback, align outreach, and ensure promising leads receive timely attention.
