Vital Virtuals is looking for a reliable, compassionate, and highly organized bilingual healthcare professional to support a growing behavioral health practice.
Responsibilities

- Answer patient calls in English and Spanish

- Schedule and confirm appointments

- Verify insurance and update patient information

- Manage referrals, faxes, and medical records

- Respond to patient inquiries professionally

- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff

- Perform administrative and data-entry tasks

- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Compensation & Payment

$6.00/hour for the first 90 days

$7.00/hour after 90 days

Pay: Biweekly

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Spanish , spoken and written

- Medical receptionist, medical VA, or healthcare administrative experience preferred

- Excellent communication and phone etiquette

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- EHR/EMR experience is a plus

- Willing to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop

Computer & Internet Requirements

- Intel Core i5 (8th Gen+) / AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent

- 256 GB SSD minimum

- Windows 10/11 Pro or macOS 12+

- HD webcam and noise-canceling headset

- 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum

- Stable fiber internet with low latency

- Backup internet connection preferred
