In this role, you will work with live traffic incident data for a global mapping platform, helping ensure that information in the system is accurate, timely, and complete.
What you will do

- Monitor and update traffic incident information in assigned regions

- Work with real-time data from multiple sources

- Verify and cross-check information before making updates

- Record important details such as location, direction, cause, and impact

- Update incidents as conditions change

- Close incidents once they are resolved and confirmed

- Communicate with team members and supervisors when clarification is needed

Requirements

- English level: B1+

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to stay focused and accurate under time pressure

- Confidence working with multiple tabs and windows

- Fast and accurate typing skills

- Responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
