Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Yoga Sessions for Participants: Lead engaging online yoga sessions focused on flexibility, strength, mobility, breathing, and overall well-being.

2. Guide and Support Participants: Demonstrate correct postures, breathing techniques, and modifications according to different fitness levels while ensuring safe practice.

3. Create Engaging Wellness Programs: Plan structured yoga routines and wellness activities that keep participants motivated, consistent, and actively engaged in the program.
