Website Developer / Salesforce Specialist — 60-Day Full-Time Project

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary of ₱60,000 per month.

• Full-time, remote work-from-home position.

• Initial 60-day engagement supporting a U.S.-based health and wellness company.

• Potential to continue in a permanent full-time role, but no guarantee.

We’re hiring experienced technical professionals to support website improvements, partner landing pages, Salesforce workflows, and AI-powered training and educational content.

We’re especially interested in candidates with hands-on AI experience who can turn existing physician recordings into polished training videos and social media content while protecting confidential patient information.

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your specialty:

Website Development

• Improve and clean up our existing website, including layout, usability, and mobile responsiveness.

• Build landing pages, referral forms, and partner portals.

• Support website integrations with Salesforce and other business systems.

Salesforce & AI Workflows

• Configure and troubleshoot Salesforce workflows, automations, and permissions.

• Work with our technical lead to test, refine, and improve Salesforce Agentforce for intake screening after its initial setup by an external provider.

• Support the planned implementation of Salesforce voice capabilities and related AI integrations as the company transitions from RingCentral.

• Troubleshoot integration issues and recommend practical workflow improvements.

AI Content & Training

• Turn existing physician recordings into clear, organized training videos and educational materials.

• Use appropriate AI and video-editing tools to produce training content and short social media clips from approved recordings.

• Identify and remove or de-identify patient information before approved content reuse.

• Handle confidential recordings securely and use only company-approved tools and workflows.

• Check AI-generated content for accuracy and obtain approval before use or publication.

Across All Specialties

• Work closely with our technical lead, test changes, document work, and communicate progress.

• Manage assigned tasks independently and follow through on deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• At least three years of relevant hands-on experience in your primary specialty.

• Work history and project examples showing what you personally built, implemented, or produced.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Independent problem-solving and reliable follow-through.

• Sound judgment when handling confidential information.

• Reliable internet and a private workspace.

Specialty-Specific Requirements

• Website applicants: experience with responsive websites, landing pages, forms, and integrations.

• Salesforce applicants: experience with configuration, Salesforce Flow, permissions, and troubleshooting. Clearly identify any hands-on experience with Agentforce, voice capabilities, or AI integrations.

• AI content applicants: practical experience turning existing recordings into finished training or educational content using AI and video-editing tools. Ability to explain your production process, quality checks, and privacy safeguards.

You do not need to specialize in every area. Strong expertise in one area is welcome, with willingness to learn and collaborate on related tasks.

Basic content entry, Salesforce data entry, or general familiarity with AI chat tools alone is insufficient.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience, particularly handling sensitive patient information.

• Experience creating physician training videos or healthcare educational content.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, voice integrations, or other AI workflows.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications.

• Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses.

Work Setup:

• Philippines-based applicants; full-time remote position.

• Initial 60-day engagement.

• Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, following daylight saving changes.

• Eight working hours daily plus a one-hour break.

• Overnight schedule in the Philippines; full-shift availability required.

• Prompt start preferred.
