About the Role

TeamFicient is looking for a Web Developer to maintain and improve our website: core functionality, real-time accuracy, SEO, and compliance/health monitoring. This is a solo, fixed-scope engagement: you own execution end to end, with IT touchpoints and management check-ins only as needed. You'll submit your own RFQ (proposed approach, timeline, hours, and cost) as part of the process.

Produce and stage three design proposals for the High Level Roles page redesign

Build a new Internal Services page per approved scope

Site Health & SEO

Perform website health checks and resolve technical issues

Monitor and improve technical and on-page SEO; maintain staging/production separation

Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves

-
Full-stack or front-end web development experience on the current CMS/stack

Practical SEO (technical + on-page) experience

-
Experience managing staging vs. production environments safely

Good to Haves

- UI/design proposal experience

Website compliance/accessibility remediation experience
