You will be expected to build a high-performing organization, elevate the economics of the business, and help define the next generation of managed services offerings for the company and its clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead the global Application Managed Services organization with full accountability for strategy, operating model, service delivery, organizational performance, and business results.

- Improve profitability and scalability by simplifying delivery, optimizing cost structure, increasing productivity, and strengthening operational discipline.

- Create compelling ways to demonstrate customer value through business outcomes, efficiency gains, risk reduction, and strategic impact—not just service-level compliance.

- Partner closely with Professional Services to create a roadmap for transforming selected project-based offerings into scalable managed services solutions.

- Work with the Sales organization to enable effective positioning, messaging, and commercialization of AMS offerings.

- Help shape, package, and launch new services that align with market demand and company strategy.
