Position: Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist – LICSW

Licensure: Active New Hampshire LICSW license required

Pay: Starting at $75,000/year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST | 40 hours per week | Fully Remote

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LICSW license and must be comfortable providing care to patients ages 13+. Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred.

Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time LICSW to provide therapy services through our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic . In this role, you’ll provide care across a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing ongoing therapy, and connecting patients with valuable community resources.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience following independent LICSW licensure

- Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in New Hampshire required

Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience; group therapy experience strongly preferred

Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours.

Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages, but a minimum of ages 13+
