We’re currently hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients Ages 18+ through one of our trusted Michigan-based partners.

What You'll D o
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:

- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.

- Provide therapy services to patients Ages 18+ with diagnoses including autism, mild IDD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizoaffective disorder, and major depressive disorder.

- Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient CCBHC located in Michigan

Schedule: 40 hrs/wk in EST | 8 or 10 hour shifts available

Patient Population: Adults ages 18+ diagnosed with autism and IDD, with comorbid mental health diagnoses

Appointments: 30-60 minutes, at the clinician’s discretion

Administrative time: 60 minutes per day

Remote & Supported: This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center. You’ll have support from onsite staff, giving you more time to focus on what you do best, patient care!

Collaborative Environment: We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication, working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively.

Additional Role Detail: Clinician must be passionate about working with adults diagnosed with autism and IDD, with comorbid mental health diagnoses.

Qualifications: 

- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

- Active Michigan LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license preferred

- Availability (40 hours per week) during EST

- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
