Behind every ad that works is a lot of careful, unglamorous work: creatives uploaded and named correctly, campaigns checked every morning, numbers pulled and organized, competitors tracked, small problems caught before they cost money. When that work is done well, the media buyers and creatives can spend their time on the decisions that move the business.

This role does that work. You’ll support our Meta advertising and marketing initiatives day to day, keeping things organized, accurate, and moving. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of tasks, and you’ll see exactly how a fast-growing brand runs paid ads from the inside.

A few examples of your responsibilities

Support the Meta ad account. Upload and set up ads, apply our naming and tracking conventions, and make sure everything is launched correctly and on time, following clear instructions from the media buyer.

Keep a daily eye on performance. Check campaigns and ad statuses each day, flag disapprovals, spend problems, or anything unusual straight away, and make sure the right person knows.

Pull and organize the numbers. Prepare reports and spreadsheets from Ads Manager and other tools, so the team always has clean, accurate data to make decisions from.

Organize the creative library. Keep ad creatives, scripts, copy, and brand assets sorted, labeled, and easy to find, so no one on the team loses time looking for a file.

Research what’s out there. Track competitor ads, collect examples and ideas from the ad library, and bring back what you find in a clear, usable format.

Support the creative team. Collect briefs, track what’s in progress, and follow up so that creatives get from idea to ad without slipping through the cracks.

Handle marketing admin. Take care of the small tasks that keep marketing running, such as updating trackers, preparing documents, and keeping records current.

Work smarter with AI. Use AI tools to speed up research, organizing, and drafting, and always check the output before it reaches the team.

Attention to detail. You catch the wrong budget, the mistyped link, and the file saved in the wrong folder before anyone else does.

Organization. You keep your work and everyone else’s files tidy, logged, and easy to follow.

Fast learning. You pick up new tools and processes quickly, and you ask a good question when you’re stuck instead of guessing.

Clear communication. You report what you’ve done, flag problems early, and write updates that leave no one guessing.

Team spirit. You support the people you work with, take feedback well, and are happy to do the work that helps the team win.

Relevant experience. [1+] years in a virtual assistant, marketing support, or operations role. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, spreadsheets, and common online tools is a strong advantage, and so is any experience in e-commerce. Excellent written English is essential.

The selection process

Step 2: Online assessments. Right after you apply, you’ll take two short tests: a problem-solving test and a personality test. The problem-solving test shows us how you reason through unfamiliar challenges. The personality test helps us understand how you work and whether the way we operate will suit you.

Step 3: Interview. If your results stand out, we’ll invite you to interview with the team.

We move quickly. The whole process, from application to interview invitation, takes a couple of days.
