Cellexia Labs currently serves customers in markets all over the world, with our fastest-growing communities in Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia. You'll write the copy that sits at the center of our growth. It's work that goes live quickly and is measured by real results, so you'll know what worked within days.

For a gifted writer who's fascinated by persuasion and wants their work judged by results, this is a rare opportunity: ownership of the voice of a growing brand.

A few examples of your responsibilities

Write words that move people. Stories and copy that pull a skeptical reader in, build belief, and move them to act. You'll lead with the angle, the hook, and the proof that earn the click and the order.

Script video that holds attention. Write the scripts for the videos that carry our brand: the hook in the first seconds, the story that keeps people watching, and the line that closes it.

Own the brand voice. Make Cellexia Labs sound like itself everywhere a customer meets us: confident, clear, and credible.

Turn insight into messaging. Dig into customer reviews, support conversations, and ingredient science to find the language customers actually use, then build every piece around it.

Make complex things simple. Take formulation details and ingredient science and turn them into benefits a customer understands in seconds, while staying accurate and compliant.

Test relentlessly. Ship variations of angles, hooks, and openings, read the results with the marketing team, and double down on what wins. Your best work is the work the data backs.

What we look for

Command of the craft. You write sharply and clearly, and you can tell a line that lands from one that merely sounds good. You edit your own work hard.

A pull toward persuasion. You're fascinated by what makes people say yes: the customer's doubts, the offer, the proof, the words that earn trust. You don't need a background in sales or persuasion. You need real curiosity about how words move people, and the drive to learn from what the numbers tell you.

Ownership. You treat every piece of copy as yours until it performs. You hold yourself to a bar that keeps rising.

Curiosity. You research before you write. You're willing to understand ingredients, customers, and competitors until the words come from real understanding.

Team spirit. You support the best idea, not your own. You take feedback well and give it generously.

Relevant experience. [2+] years of professional writing, with a portfolio that shows it. Experience in beauty, skincare, or other consumer brands is a strong advantage. Excellent written English is essential.

The selection process

We care about what you can do, not how polished your CV looks. That's why our process is built around how you think and work, not just where you've worked.

Step 2: Online assessments. Right after you apply, you'll take two short tests: a problem-solving test and a personality test. The problem-solving test shows us how you reason through unfamiliar challenges. The personality test helps us understand how you work and whether the way we operate will suit you.

Step 3: Interview. If your results stand out, we'll invite you to interview with the team.

We move quickly. The whole process, from application to interview invitation, takes a couple of days.
