About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our growing team. In this full-time remote role, you will transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content that captures attention and drives results across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in advanced video editing, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and AI-assisted content creation. Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Assembly: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final video products aligned with brand objectives.

Color & Visual Style: Perform color correction and color grading to ensure a consistent, high-end visual style.

Motion Graphics & FX: Design motion graphics, animations, custom text effects, and dynamic transitions.

Audio Engineering: Manage audio editing, sound design, background music integration, and overall audio mixing.

Compositing: Execute clean green screen keying and visual compositing when required.

AI Integration: Create and integrate AI-generated images and video assets directly into video projects.

Short-Form Optimization: Edit and adapt short-form content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.

Graphic Support: Design supporting visual assets, graphic overlays, and high-converting video thumbnails.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members to deliver projects on time and on brand.

Qualifications

Adobe Creative Cloud Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Post-Production Skills: In-depth understanding of color grading, color correction, sound design, audio mixing, and green screen keying.

AI Tooling: Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Kling, or similar platforms.

Social Media Strategy: Proven experience producing optimized content for major social media platforms.

Creative Execution: Strong attention to detail, visual sense, and narrative storytelling ability.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple active projects and hit target deadlines consistently.

Trial Task: Willingness to complete a brief, unpaid trial video task as part of the shortlist evaluation process.

Preferred Qualifications

Portfolio: A diverse portfolio demonstrating a wide range of video styles, pacing, and visual formats.

Industry Awareness: Strong grasp of current video trends, viral editing styles, and emerging AI technologies.

Soft Skills: Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to receive and implement feedback constructively.
