Recruiter – Hiring & Talent Acquisition

Outgoing, Organized, and People-Oriented Recruiter Wanted!

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and personable Recruiter to join our team! The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking with people, and knows how to identify great candidates for open positions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss available job opportunities.

Reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates for open positions.

Conducting initial phone screenings and asking relevant interview questions.

Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintaining organized records of applicants, calls, interviews, and follow-ups.

Building positive relationships with candidates and providing a professional experience.

Meeting daily and weekly recruiting goals while keeping the hiring process moving efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality — you enjoy talking to new people!

Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates at once.

Persistent and proactive when following up with candidates.

Professional, reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or call centers is a plus!
