DME Doctor Outreach & Prescription Refill Coordinator

_Friendly, Outgoing, Phone-Savvy Person Wanted!_

We are looking for a bubbly, outgoing, and energetic team member to join our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) team! This position involves calling doctors’ offices and nursing homes to follow up on prescription refills, request updated prescriptions, and help keep patient orders moving smoothly.

If you love talking on the phone, have a great personality, speak excellent English, and can keep up with a fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

- Making a high volume of outbound calls to doctors’ offices, medical staff, and nursing homes.

- Following up on prescription refills and requesting necessary prescriptions and documentation.

- Building friendly, professional relationships with office staff and healthcare providers.

- Keeping track of calls, follow-ups, and outstanding prescription requests.

- Communicating clearly and professionally while keeping up with daily call goals.

- Staying organized, positive, and productive in a busy environment.

The Ideal Candidate

- Friendly, bubbly, and outgoing personality — you genuinely enjoy talking to people!

- Excellent spoken English with clear, confident communication skills.

- Comfortable making lots of phone calls throughout the day.

- Able to keep up with a fast pace while staying organized and focused.

- Professional, persistent, and comfortable following up until tasks are completed.

- Reliable, motivated, and a great team player.

- Previous experience in customer service, medical offices, DME, prescription follow-up, or call centers is a plus!
