The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for a Skilled Nursing Facility. The Recruiter will source, screen, and coordinate candidates for non-clinical and facility support roles such as Dietary Aides, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, Activities, and other similar positions .

This position is remote, so it offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding.

- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.

- Review applications and conduct phone/video screening interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

- Recruit for multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS.

- Partner with facility leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities.

- Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience.

Experience Required

-
2+ years of US recruiting experience , preferably in high-volume or hourly hiring.

- Experience recruiting for Skilled Nursing, healthcare, senior care, hospitality, or similar environments preferred.

- Proven experience recruiting positions such as housekeeping, dietary, laundry, maintenance, and other frontline support roles.

- Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.

- Experience with ATS and job board platforms.

- Ability to work US business hours and support multiple US time zones.

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9 AM to 6 PM EST
