Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Finding and recruiting strong UGC creators across multiple platforms</li><li>Posting creator opportunities and sourcing talent consistently</li><li>Communicating with creators and managing relationships</li><li>Reviewing creators and filtering out low-quality talent/content</li><li>Judging which creators are a strong fit for our brand and ads</li><li>Organizing and managing the entire UGC content pipeline from outreach to final delivery</li><li>Keeping creator content, communication, and deliverables organized</li></ul>
