AI Sales Operator

<h2>About the Role</h2><p>You will be the person who makes our AI better at selling. You will read its conversations, notice what is working and what is not, and change the instructions it follows so the next thousand conversations go better.</p><p>You do not need to know everything on day one. We will teach you our tools, our playbooks and how to write and test prompts. What we cannot teach is the instinct for conversations, a feel for sales, and the curiosity to dig into the data and ask why.</p><h2>

What You'll Do</h2><ul><li>Review AI-drafted text messages each day, and approve, edit or rewrite them before they send.</li><li>Spot patterns across conversations, such as an opener that gets replies but no orders, and figure out the cause.</li><li>Update each brand's prompts and playbook to fix problems at the source, then test the change before it goes live.</li><li>Respond to brand requests and turn them into playbook updates.</li><li>Help launch new brands: deep research on their brand, write the persona and opening messages, and check that offers work.</li><li>Run and track A/B tests, and report what won. </li></ul>
