Responsibilities

• Supports loan boarding and de-boarding processes within Transfer Services • Work with teams to research inbound and outbound, post transfer issues/inquiries received from internal and external parties, responding timely and accurately • Respond to Client Relations tickets, researching inquiries and making data corrections as needed • Manage MSP Tasks assigned to Transfer Services • Support ordering, mailing and quality assurance reviews of all RESPA or Transfer related letters required as part of the loan boarding and off boarding processes • Inventory imaged client loan files upon receipt for purposes of manual loan boarding • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • 1+ years of experience in mortgage servicing • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Access, and Word) required • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Excellent client relations skills • Ability to work under pressure, meet organizational deadlines, and multitask while maintaining department standards • Ability to work collaboratively with peers, company managers, and customers to attain common goals • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in writing, in person, and virtually internally and with external clients/third parties

Compensation Range: $19.33 - $28.89 hourly. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.
