TikTok Shop Setup & Shopify Integration — US Sports Card Business

Lyons Cards is looking for an experienced specialist to set up our US TikTok Shop and connect it properly to our existing Shopify store, ---------- .

We sell individual sports cards, including raw and professionally graded cards. Our TikTok account ---------- need a complete, tested setup and a clear handover to our team.

Scope of work:

* Review our existing TikTok accounts and seller status. Identify any verification, account, product-category or approval requirements before starting.

* Set up or complete TikTok Seller Center and connect the correct company TikTok account.

* Guide us through required business verification and payout setup. Management will provide and enter sensitive information where necessary.

* Connect TikTok Shop to Shopify using the supported integration.

* Configure the shop profile, warehouse and return addresses, shipping, fulfillment and required policies using company-approved information.

* Verify the requirements for selling our raw and graded sports cards. Resolve listing errors and submit any necessary category applications.

* Start with a small approved selection of cards, then publish the agreed eligible catalog after testing. State how many products your quote includes.

* Verify product images, descriptions, prices, SKUs, quantities and availability.

* Test inventory changes, price updates and the order/fulfillment workflow. Explain where returns and refunds must be handled.

* Explain how to tag eligible products in TikTok content and identify any additional requirements for LIVE selling or card breaks. Break setup is a separate scope unless specifically agreed.

* Provide a recorded walkthrough and a short written guide for Joan and our inventory team.

Important inventory requirement:

We use Card Dealer Pro as our master inventory, with Shopify connected to it. Many cards have a quantity of ONE and may be listed on other channels. You must verify how TikTok orders and stock updates flow through Shopify to our existing inventory process. Identify delays or limitations and demonstrate how we reduce the risk of selling the same card twice.

All accounts must remain company-owned. Use assigned access and preserve existing connections. Any paid app, subscription or additional expense must be disclosed before purchase.

This is a setup and integration project. Advertising management is not included.
