On our TikTok Marketplace Team, we turn creator partnerships into measurable growth. We connect our brands with creators who know their audiences, build authentic content, and drive sales.

We’re looking for a freelance TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to grow our creator network and manage partnerships from first outreach to campaign results. You spot promising creators and know how to turn a successful collaboration into a lasting partnership.

TikTok Shop experience is a plus, but it’s not required. Proven experience managing affiliate or influencer partnerships at scale is a must.

Time commitment: We’re ideally looking for someone available full-time, but we’re also open to experienced professionals who can commit at least 20 hours per week on a freelance basis. Over time, there’s an opportunity to transition into a full-time, in-house role if there’s mutual interest and a strong fit.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

Building and growing a network of TikTok creators and affiliate partners across international markets.

Managing creator partnerships end to end, including outreach, negotiations, onboarding, product seeding, and follow-ups.

Coordinating affiliate campaigns, giving creators clear briefs and the freedom to make content their audiences trust.

Tracking content performance, conversions, and sales to identify what works and scale successful partnerships.

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

Bring proven experience managing a large portfolio of active affiliates or influencers and multiple campaigns simultaneously, with clear processes for communication, execution, and performance tracking.

Apply your understanding of creator communities and content that drives purchases, with curiosity and a willingness to learn the specifics of TikTok Shop.

Use strong communication and negotiation skills to build productive partnerships, alongside a data-informed approach to improving results.

Take ownership as a freelance partner: manage priorities independently, keep collaborations moving, and communicate progress clearly.
