Tender Executive: GeM & Government E-Procurement (IoT/Electronics) (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Search GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals and PSU/Railway portals every day for tenders that match our products: public toilet hygiene and odour monitoring, air-quality and environmental sensors, IoT monitoring, smart-city devices and electronics

2. Study each tender (eligibility, ATC, technical specifications, BoQ) and prepare a short go/no-go note with a compliance checklist for the director

3. Prepare and upload complete bids: technical compliance, price bid, EMD/bid security or MSE/Startup exemption, declarations and DSC signing, all on time with no missing documents

4. Manage our GeM seller account: product catalogue, brand and OEM listings, vendor assessment and profile updates

5. Handle pre-bid queries, corrigenda, clarifications, reverse auctions and bid status follow-up

6. After an award, handle contract acceptance, delivery and inspection paperwork, CRAC, invoices and payment follow-up on GeM

7. Maintain the tender tracker and a ready library of company documents (registrations, certificates, past orders, CA certificates)

8. Guide and review the work of our tender intern

Other Requirements:
- 1. 1–2 years of hands-on tender bidding experience, including bids you have personally submitted on GeM
- 2. Working knowledge of CPPP/NIC eProcurement and at least one state or PSU portal
- 3. Understands EMD/ePBG, MSE and Startup exemptions, Make in India local content, OEM authorisation and reverse auctions
- 4. A careful reader of long tender documents who does not miss eligibility clauses
- 5. Good with Excel/Google Sheets; clear written English and Hindi
- 6. Graduate in any stream, available full-time at our Delhi office
- 7. Tender experience in electronics, IT hardware, electrical, instrumentation or smart-city supplies
- 8. GeM catalogue and brand approval work
- 9. Vendor registration with PSUs or Railways (IREPS)
