Telesales Representative

Salary: R23 000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring a Telesales Representative for a UK-based business. The role is fully remote from South Africa, working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST). Role overview You will speak to UK prospects by phone every day, introducing the company’s products, understanding what the buyer actually needs, and either closing smaller deals yourself or booking a proper conversation for a senior colleague. Calls are warm and cold, with a clean list and a script you are free to make your own once you find your footing. Key responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospects from a provided list of UK businesses - Qualify interest, budget and timing through natural conversation - Book qualified appointments into the sales team’s diaries - Close straightforward sales and process the paperwork accurately - Keep the CRM updated after every call, including outcomes and next steps - Hit weekly call and conversion targets agreed with your manager What you will need - One or more years in telesales, outbound calling or a similar phone-based sales role - A clear, confident telephone manner and neutral accent - Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive - Resilience with rejection and the discipline to keep dialling - A quiet home workspace, reliable fibre or LTE, and backup power - Familiarity with UK business culture is helpful but not essential What is on offer - A steady monthly salary, paid reliably - 100% remote — work from anywhere in South Africa - Full product training and ongoing coaching on your calls - Long-term placement with a UK employer, supported by Remote Recruitment throughout If you are comfortable on the phone and want steady remote work with a UK team, we would like to hear from you.
