1. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages and generate or qualify leads.

2. Following up on inquiries and providing detailed information about our services.

3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.

4. Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the team leader.

5. Assisting customers in booking their travel packages and providing support throughout the process.

6. Keeping accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.

7. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
