Technical Business Analyst

Your Tasks Will Include:

- Ability to translate Business value statements into project deliverables for cross-functional teams

- Analyze change requests submitted by our clients, converting them into thorough requirements that a developer can use to provide estimates

- Set expectations and help clients plan for software changes that meet their specific business needs

- Help train our Client on how to use the system and the different functions available to them

- Provide after-hours support when needed to help our clients with critical changes and/or fixes

- Run conference calls, write executive summaries, write testing plans

- Design website mockups, document use cases, and acceptance criteria

- Testing of solutions and fixes to client issues, new features, and customizations

- Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution

- Analyze integration guides and 3rd-party software specifications

Must have:

- 3 – 4 years in an IT Business Analyst role

• English must be EXCELLENT

- Experience creating, testing, and communicating effective user stories

• Strong SQL background

- Experience with Data Analysis and research

- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
