Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to support the company's strategic objectives. This role will develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, screen candidates, and manage the selection process to fulfill the company’s workforce needs.

TASKS:
- Conduct full cycle screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and seamless process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Oversee sourcing, initial screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Manage documentation processes and maintain accurate records of applicant information.
