- Track employee training and certification requirements across partner programs.

- Coordinate with employees and leadership to ensure required partner courses, training programs, and certifications are completed on schedule.

- Monitor changes to partner programs and communicate relevant requirements or opportunities to leadership.

- Coordinate completion of partner applications, documentation, renewals, business plans, and compliance requirements.

- Identify opportunities for joint business development, co-selling, referrals, lead generation, and partner-supported client opportunities.

- Work with internal leadership to align certifications and partner investments with Scicom's service offerings and growth strategy.

- Assist with partner portals, opportunity registration, deal registration, certification records, and other administrative partner activities.

- Provide periodic updates to leadership regarding partner status, certification progress, upcoming requirements, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

- Experience in channel management, strategic alliances, technology partnerships, vendor management, or a related role.

- Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage requirements across multiple partners simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

- Ability to work effectively with technical employees, sales teams, executives, and external partner representatives.
