About CertiK
Born from groundbreaking research at Columbia and Yale, CertiK has grown to become the largest Web3 security platform, combining proprietary models with comprehensive security solutions and end-to-end toolkits to support the full lifecycle of Web3 development. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in New York City, CertiK provides a wide range of services including smart contract audits, penetration testing, on-chain monitoring, incident response, and compliance solutions for some of the largest projects and institutions in the digital asset ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Build, deepen and manage relationships with banks, brokers, asset managers, payment institutions and fintechs entering digital assets in Brazil and LATAM

- Map each institution's digital asset roadmap and regulatory obligations, and position CertiK's solutions accordingly. These include security assessments, custody and infrastructure audits, penetration testing, monitoring, and compliance tooling

- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CISOs, CTOs, compliance, risk, innovation and legal teams through to close

- Represent CertiK at industry events, associations (e.g. Febraban, ABBC, ABFintechs, ABToken, ANBIMA) and executive forums; speak on panels when relevant

- Navigate institutional politics: understand who decides, who influences and how procurement actually works

- Work with CertiK's technical, advisory and product teams to shape proposals that fit institutional requirements

- Share market intelligence to inform CertiK's regional strategy and product roadmap

Requirements
- 10+ years in financial services, fintech, consulting, technology or infrastructure sales, serving financial institutions in Brazil

- An established, active network at C-level and senior management in Brazilian banks and financial institutions. You can get a meeting in weeks, not months

- A track record of closing and expanding enterprise relationships with long cycles and multiple stakeholders

- Executive presence: comfortable in boardrooms, with regulators and on stage

- Political acumen and the patience to build relationships over time

- Solid understanding of the Brazilian regulatory landscape (BCB, CVM) and how institutions handle compliance

- Fluent Portuguese and professional English; Spanish is a plus

- Web3 or cybersecurity experience is not required. Curiosity and willingness to learn are. We will give you the technical backing

Bonus Points
- Experience selling to CISOs, risk or compliance functions (GRC, cybersecurity, audit, regtech, core banking, payments)

- Background at a Big Four firm, bank, core banking/payments vendor, or regulatory consultancy

- Network across other LATAM markets (Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina)
