Type: Remote, Full-time

Key Objective:

The Sr. UX/UI Designer sits on a product team and owns the design of a product area, connecting real user needs with business goals. This designer thinks like a product owner and understands how the product earns its keep. Craft and research fundamentals stay non negotiable, and AI is the working partner that makes it possible to explore more options and prove ideas faster.Key Objective:
Qualifications and Experience:

-
At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio of products that shipped.

-
Demonstrated use of AI in real design work, with examples of what it changed.

Required skills/competencies:
AI fluency and vibe design

-
Fluent with current AI design, prototyping, and coding tools such as Figma Make, Claude, Cursor, v0, or Lovable, and quick to learn the next ones.

-
Vibe designs with intent, going from rough idea to working prototype in hours by steering AI with a trained eye.

-
Treats a prompt like a design brief, giving AI the context, constraints, and design system rules it needs.

-
Uses AI across the process, from research synthesis and UX copy to edge cases, accessibility checks, and QA.

-
Can tell a fast AI output from a good one, and sets the tool aside when doing it by hand is better.

Designing AI products

-
Designs for systems that do not give the same answer twice, handling uncertainty, wrong answers, and partial results without losing the user's trust.

-
Understands how models and agents behave well enough to set honest expectations and place human review where being wrong is costly.

-
Thinks past the chat box, designing agentic and assisted workflows rather than defaulting to conversation.

Product and business thinking

-
Knows how the product makes money, who it serves, and what the success metrics and constraints are, and designs with that in view.

-
Weighs desirability, feasibility, and viability, and can say no to an idea that is not worth what it costs.

-
Argues design decisions in terms stakeholders care about, such as conversion, retention, or time to ship.

Design fundamentals

-
Strong visual and interaction craft in Figma, and the judgment to run a design system rather than only work inside one.

-
Research and usability testing that ends in decisions, not decks.

-
Enough code literacy to read a component, change it, and steer an AI coding tool.

-
Clear communication in English, able to explain and defend decisions to non designers.

-
Owns the process end to end, scoping, prioritizing, and delivering independently.

Good to have

-
A degree in design, computer science, information technology, or a related field.

-
Production front end experience with HTML, CSS, SASS, or React.

-
Prompt libraries or reusable AI workflows built for a team.

Key responsibilities:

-
Own the design of a product area end to end, partnering with product and engineering on the goals and constraints behind the roadmap.

-
Take ideas to clickable prototypes quickly, and use them to drive decisions instead of slides.

-
Run research and usability testing, and bring the findings to the people ma
