Responsible for designing scalable, secure and high performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud. This job leads enterprise-wide architectural initiatives and provides expert guidance on complex technology solutions. It directs the development of comprehensive frameworks while orchestrating large-scale architectural transformations. Job Description Responsibilities: - Lead Salesforce Solution Architecture ensuring most efficient solution is designed and implemented to meet business needs. - Partner with stakeholders across business units; lead, influence and guide teams in Salesforce solutions and integrations. - Architecting complex enterprise solutions incorporating data, BSS/OSS, and identity management systems while providing strategic architectural guidance - Leading development of comprehensive architectural frameworks and standards to address sophisticated business requirements and technological challenges - Directing enterprise-wide architectural initiatives through detailed analysis of system integrations, data flows, and cross-platform dependencies - Establishing architectural governance processes and design principles to ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy and business objectives - Orchestrating implementation of large-scale architectural transformations while mentoring teams on architectural best practices and emerging technologies - Synthesizing business requirements into innovative architectural solutions that optimize system performance, scalability, and integration capabilities - Spearheading development of enterprise product roadmaps and technology strategies through collaboration with senior stakeholders and technical teams - Evaluating emerging technologies and architectural patterns to recommend strategic improvements aligned with enterprise digital transformation goals - Championing architectural standards and practices across the organization while facilitating knowledge transfer between technical and business teams - Formulating comprehensive cost estimates and resource plans for complex enterprise architecture initiatives through detailed analysis and stakeholder input - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
