Special Projects Senior Associate

- Working with the founders to initiate and execute new business strategies

- Setting up internal processes and conduct process improvements on regular basis

- Working with the founders to design a sales process, occasionally meet the clients, and close

- Converting customer feedbacks into briefs and synthesizing customer requirements and assisting with pilot projects

- 2+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting firm or a similar role within a tech company

- Strong verbal and written English ability

- Strong analytical skills and problem solving essentials

- Ability to communicate and organize your work effectively

- Strong ability to drive result and get things done

- Thrives in ambiguity and context switching between multiple parallel projects
