Responsibilities

- Lead engineering teams from sprint planning through production deployment under the VA DevSecOps Release Framework.

- Enforce release gates, code scanning and deployment packages.

- Lead integrations with VistA, MVI, iFAMS and Oracle Health EHR.

- Build solution roadmaps and advise VA on modernization, AI/ML and emerging technology.

- Run SAFe events across teams and report solution status in VA tools.

Qualifications

- 13+ years of experience, including 8+ years in software engineering (Senior / Level III).

- 3+ years as a federal technical or solution lead.

- Experience delivering under a federal DevSecOps release framework with CI/CD and release gates.

Desired Skills:

- Integrations with VistA, MVI, iFAMS or Oracle Health EHR.

- AI/ML or supply chain optimization solutions.

- ServiceNow/Nuvolo or Maximo solution design.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

- One or more of: SAFe APSM, SAFe POPM, SAFe Architect, SAFe Agilist, TOGAF, COBIT.

- Red Hat Certified Engineer or Specialist in Cloud-Native Applications.

Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential.

Location:
- Remote, USA.

Pay Range:

- The suggested pay for this position ranges from $115,546 to $125,875.

- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

- Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
