Software Engineer Level III - Full Stack (Java + React)

We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to work on full-stack development projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams todeliver high-quality solutions that enhance both our customer experience and technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain applications using JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, and React

- Partner with team members on frontend and backend development

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Protect and handle sensitive customer data and PII

- Support systems through on-call rotation

Requirements

- Atleast 5+ years of experience.

- Strong experience with JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, and React

- Proven ability to build scalable web applications

- Experience with modern development practices and tools

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

- Ability to undertake complex design and problem-solving independently

- Experience managing systems and breaking down complex work into smaller tasks for team implementation

- Understanding of engineering process tradeoffs and ability to adapt team processes as needed

- Leadership in maintaining well-designed and well-documented systems and code

- Drive to implement robust, stable, and cost-effective solutions

- Ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations while meeting project goals
