Social Media Operations Manager

STAIA is a fast-growing, top-rated AI astrology app. Our editors produce short-form videos every day. They are published by a growing network of “social media content posters,” freelancers who run their own Instagram and TikTok accounts and post the content we send them. Hiring new posters is going well. Now we need one person to own the whole posting operation as it scales.

The role

You’ll be the single point of ownership for our poster network. When something goes wrong, content creators and content posters come to you, and you fix it. Our goal is simple: every post goes out, every account stays healthy, and posters know exactly what to do next

What you’ll do

- Make sure all scheduled posts go out on time, every day, across all poster accounts

- Monitor account health: shadowbans, problems with posting, reach drops

- Spot posters who aren’t performing or aren’t reliable, follow up with them, and report to HR if needed

- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues: Facebook /Meta connection problems, wrong content sent, missed posts, account access

- Be the go-to contact for content posters' questions about posting, and follow up until issues are closed

- Keep the operation structured: clear processes, trackers and checklists so nothing slips as we grow

- Proactively suggest improvements if you see the possibility to do things better.

This is a long-term project, and we estimate it will take approximately 40 hours/week of your time.
