Full-Time Social Media Graphic Designer / Video Creator for Apparel Manufacturing Company

40 Hours Per Week | Paid Christmas Break

We are a 23-year-old, multi-million-dollar apparel manufacturing company looking for a highly creative, highly skilled Social Media Graphic Designer and Video Content Creator to join our team full time.

This is not a basic design position. We are looking for someone with mad creative skills who understands how to create social media content that stops people from scrolling, grabs attention fast, and turns browsers into buyers.

Our company specializes in three main product categories:

Custom Dye Sublimation Apparel

Yard Signs

Banners

We want these products showcased across every major social media platform with powerful graphics, videos, ads, images, carousels, reels, and other high-converting creative content.

About the Position

We are hiring a full-time creative professional who can produce eye-catching social media content for platforms including:

TikTok

Instagram

Facebook

YouTube Shorts

Pinterest

LinkedIn

Paid social media ads

Website and promotional campaigns

You will be responsible for creating content that makes people stop, look, click, message, and buy.

The ideal person understands branding, design, advertising, video editing, AI tools, social media trends, and what makes content perform online. You should be able to take a product, idea, promotion, or campaign and turn it into attention-grabbing creative that looks professional, modern, and high-impact.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating social media graphics, videos, reels, image ads, carousel posts, story graphics, banners, and promotional content

Designing content for both organic social media and paid advertising campaigns

Creating high-converting visuals that showcase our custom dye sublimation apparel, yard signs, and banners

Producing scroll-stopping graphics that are built to generate engagement, leads, and sales

Editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Designing product-focused ads that clearly communicate value and drive action

Creating carousel posts that educate, promote, and sell

Developing creative concepts for promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special offers

Using Adobe Creative Cloud software to create professional-quality designs and videos

Using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other creative AI solutions to improve speed, creativity, copy, concepts, and output

Staying up to date with social media trends, viral content styles, platform changes, and advertising best practices

Working with our team to turn product ideas and marketing goals into polished creative assets

Creating multiple versions of ads and posts for testing different hooks, headlines, layouts, and calls to action

Helping build a strong, recognizable brand presence across all social platforms

Required Skills and Experience

The right candidate must have strong experience with:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe Creative Cloud

Social media graphic design

Short-form video editing

Paid ad creative

Carousel design

Product-focused marketing content

Branding and visual storytelling

Typography, layout, color, and composition

Creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , and other social media platforms

Designing content that is not only beautiful, but also built to sell

You must understand how to create graphics and videos that immediately capture attention. Pretty designs are not enough. We need content that performs.

AI and Technology Skills

We are looking for someone who knows how to combine real creative skill with modern AI tools.

Experience with tools like the following is a major plus:

ChatGPT

AI image generation tools

AI video tools

AI copywriting tools

AI design assistants

Canva AI or Adobe Firefly

Other AI tools that help create better, faster, more effective content

You should know how to use both your own design skills and AI technology to create powerful, polished, award-worthy graphics and videos.
