Sparked by Her is the official merchandise store of Let Sparks Fly®, offering curated apparel, travel accessories, and lifestyle products that celebrate women's confidence, individuality, and personal style.

We're seeking an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Shopify & Printify E-Commerce Coordinator to manage our online store and create and publish new merchandise.

This is not an entry-level virtual assistant position. Candidates must already have hands-on experience with Shopify and Printify and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create, upload, and publish products in Shopify and Printify.

2. Manage product images, descriptions, pricing, colors, sizes, and variants.

3. Create professional product mockups using approved artwork.

4. Design and update website banners and promotional graphics.

5. Organize products into collections and categories.

6. Maintain product listings, bundles, and promotional pricing.

7. Ensure products sync correctly between Printify and Shopify.

8. Research print providers, production costs, and shipping options.

9. Review the store for product errors, missing images, and inaccurate pricing.

Required Qualifications

1. Proven hands-on experience with Shopify and Printify.

2. Experience managing an e-commerce or print-on-demand store.

3. Proficiency in Canva or similar design software.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Excellent written English communication.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
