About the Role
We're looking for a Content Manager (SEO) to drive organic growth across our LATAM portfolio.
This is a growth role. You own the content that drives traffic and revenue across your markets: which pages get built, which keywords they target, how they're structured, how they're updated, and how they convert. Every article you sign off on should have a clear purpose: to rank and to generate revenue.
You'll work across multiple LATAM geos (Panamá, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, etc.) and sites, deciding where the opportunity is and turning that into a content plan that moves rankings and revenue. Production support is part of the job, but the outcome we measure you on is performance.
What You'll Own
-
Organic traffic and keyword visibility for your markets
-
Content-driven conversions and revenue contribution
-
Coverage of commercial and informational keyword clusters across each geo
-
Quality and accuracy of everything published under your markets
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Content Strategy and Keyword Research
-
Own the content roadmap for your markets: identify gaps, prioritise clusters, and decide what gets written and when, based on search demand and commercial value.
-
Run keyword research end to end: volume, difficulty, SERP intent, competitor coverage, cannibalisation risk, and internal linking opportunities.
-
Map keywords to page types and build the silo structure that supports them, distinguishing money pages from supporting content.
-
Analyse SERPs before briefing: what Google is actually rewarding for the query, which formats win, which entities and subtopics need to be covered.
-
Turn research into briefs that a writer can execute without guesswork: target keyword and variants, search intent, mandatory sections, competitive angle, word budget, internal links, and E-E-A-T requirements.
2. Content Optimisation and Performance Growth
-
Monitor performance in Google Search Console, rank trackers, and analytics, and act on it: identify pages losing ground, pages stuck on page two, and queries with impressions but no clicks.
-
Build and execute a content update programme: refresh, expand, consolidate, or prune existing pages to recover and grow positions.
-
Optimise titles, headings, on-page copy, and internal linking to improve CTR and conversion, not just rankings.
-
Report on what's working and what isn't, with a clear read on cause and next action.
3. Editorial Quality and Brand Standards
-
Perform the final editorial check on every piece: factual accuracy, brief adherence, SEO execution, readability, and brand voice.
-
Verify operator, bonus, and regulatory details against primary sources. No fabricated data, no unverified claims.
-
Enforce E-E-A-T and responsible gambling standards, and keep content aligned with the licensing and advertising rules of each LATAM market.
-
Keep prose natural and human. Content that reads as AI-generated doesn't ship.
4. Production Coordination
-
Brief, assign, and manage writers, ensuring the content roadmap is delivered on schedule.
-
Keep the Asana board accurate: statuses, deadlines, briefs, assignments.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
-
Work with the Content Writer to hand off approved content cleanly and publish on time.
-
Align with technical SEO team, product, and commercial stakeholders on priorities and market strategy.
-
Basic technical SEO knowledge to identify and flag major issues, such as indexation and c
