About us:

At Remote Talent LATAM , we connect top Latin American talent with leading U.S. marketing agencies. We guide businesses and candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring the perfect match in skills, culture, and goals. While we’re not direct employers, we act as a trusted partner, bridging the gap between exceptional talent and growing opportunities.
About the Client

Our client is a specialized U.S. white-label SEO and digital marketing agency that serves as the fulfillment backbone for partner marketing agencies across North America. They handle white label strategy, account management, and execution behind the scenes, allowing partner agencies to scale their service offerings seamlessly while maintaining a unified, high-trust experience for their small-to-midsize business clients.
About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Senior SEO Account Manager to manage client relationships for a growing U.S. digital marketing agency.

In this role, you’ll work closely with partner marketing agencies across North America and become part of their team. You’ll work within their systems, communicate with their clients under their brand, and serve as the main point of contact for day to day account management.

This is mainly an account management and client relationship role. You won’t be responsible for technical SEO execution, managing ad campaigns, or writing content. Instead, you’ll focus on understanding client goals, leading meetings, explaining performance, coordinating internal teams, and making sure accounts stay on track and clients are happy.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of small to midsize business clients across industries such as home services, healthcare, dental, professional services, and e-commerce.

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handle day to day questions, and build strong long-term relationships.

- Lead kickoff calls and regular client meetings, making sure clients understand what is happening with their accounts and what comes next.

- Review performance in tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio and explain the results in a clear, easy to understand way.

- Take client goals and requests and turn them into clear briefs for the internal teams working on SEO, content, web, and other services.

- Follow up on projects, help solve issues, and make sure work is moving forward and deadlines are being met.

- Work across different partner agency systems such as Teamwork, HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.

- Handle difficult conversations when needed and confidently push back on requests that may not be the right approach for the client.

- Identify potential client concerns early and help keep accounts healthy and clients satisfied.

- Look for opportunities to improve the client experience and support long-term retention.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of agency account management experience, ideally in an Account Manager role at a digital marketing agency.

- Strong understanding of SEO from a client and strategy perspective, including organic rankings, local SEO, Google Business Profile, technical SEO, and content strategy.

- Comfortable leading client conversations about SEO without needing someone else to explain the basics.

- Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to independently lead meetings and communicate with U.S. clients.

- Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines at the same time.

- Comfortable working with different clients, teams, communication styles, and software systems.

- Previous experience working in a white-label or agency-to-agency environment is a strong plus.

- Experience with tools such as Teamwork, HubSpot, ClickUp, Ahrefs, GA4, or Google Search Console is also a plus.

- Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

- Salary: $3,000 USD

-
