The salary for this position will be $100 - 120k with an opportunity for a 10% annual incentive bonus. The specific salary will be determined by experience and education.
Summary

Owens and Minor is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Lead . As a Lead, you will be a key player in the team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our company to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Essential Functions:

- Manage the IT applications for HR technologies, encompassing a range of applications including but not limited to Workday, UKG, Concur, Cornerstone, SAP, Oracle, and EDW. Ensure seamless integration, optimal performance, and continuous improvement of these systems to support HR functions and enhance user experience

- Develop expertise in and provide support for data analytics technologies, including Palantir and Power BI, to enhance our HR data analytics capabilities. Collaborate with COE teams to leverage these tools for insightful data analysis and reporting

- Lead cross-functional projects to deploy new HR technology solutions or enhance existing systems.

- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices

- Analyze existing HR processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions leveraging the capabilities of Workday.
