Senior Staff Engineer, ServiceNow(HRSD,ITSM,SPM)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow development

- Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM, CSM, and ITSM modules

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and Integrations

- Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments

- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions

- Experience with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS

- Experience in developing and maintaining integrations with third-party and enterprise applications

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and governance

- Experience in component integration testing and troubleshooting

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in ITOM, GRC, or HRSD modules will be an added advantage

- ITIL knowledge is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with global teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple locations

- Provide technical expertise for ServiceNow development, primarily within SPM and CSM modules

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications

- Understand business requirements and support process standardization through effective platform design

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows

- Create scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives and platform best practices

- Configure and customize ServiceNow using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, and Client Scripts

- Develop solutions using Jelly Scripting and AngularJS where required

- Perform component integration testing and support end-to-end solution validation

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices

- Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for platform improvements

- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow modules across the organization

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
