Associate Staff Engineer, ServiceNow(Source to Pay)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience: 4+years

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Source to Pay (S2P) and ITSM modules

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and UI Builder

- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments

- Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party and enterprise applications

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions

- Experience with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

- Experience in developing and configuring custom ServiceNow applications and workflows

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices

- Experience in performing component integration testing and troubleshooting issues

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in CSM, GRC, or HRSD modules will be an added advantage

- ITIL knowledge is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with global teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple locations

- Provide technical expertise for ServiceNow development, primarily within Source to Pay (S2P) and ITSM modules

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications

- Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to support business processes

- Develop platform capabilities using ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions

- Build and enhance user experiences using Service Portal and UI Builder

- Develop solutions using Jelly Scripting and AngularJS where required

- Perform component integration testing and ensure quality deliverables

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues

- Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices

- Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams for successful project delivery

- Participate in design discussions and provide recommendations for scalable ServiceNow implementations

- Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
