We’re currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.
Here’s an overview of the Position
You will serve as a primary operational liaison for our national grantors, corporate funders, and project partners across Canada. In this role, you will bring deep project management expertise and relationship-building capabilities to manage our most complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from inception to closeout, ensuring all organizational commitments are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget.

You are both a strategic problem-solver and a hands-on "do-er" who thrives on turning complex funding commitments into organized project plans, building authentic relationships with external partners, and stepping in directly to execute deliverables alongside internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
External Relationship Management & Primary Funder Point of Contact
- Serve as a primary operational point of contact for external partners, grantors, and corporate funders throughout the project lifecycle; foster warm, professional, and trust-based relationships.
- Host, facilitate, and lead partner meetings, kickoff sessions, recurring progress updates, and milestone check-ins with external stakeholders across Canada.
- Proactively communicate project progress, navigate scope modifications with diplomacy, and act as a solution-oriented problem-solver when external roadblocks or timeline risks arise.
- Represent Digital Moment with polished professionalism across written communications, partner presentations, and executive briefings.
Project Management Governance and Operational Excellence
- Establish, standardize, and maintain best-in-class project management frameworks, templates, and governance models across all Digital Moment initiatives.
- Set the benchmark for operational excellence by building real-time tracking systems that monitor project health, scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Audit, optimize, and manage the organization’s digital project tools (e.g., Monday.com,); model workflow best practices and drive internal accountability.
- Translate complex funder agreements and grant proposals into clear, actionable, and trackable project schedules.
Cross-Functional Delivery & Internal Alignment
- Act as the central operational bridge between departments such as Programs, Fund Development, Marketing, Digital Product, and Finance to drive seamless alignment on project deliverables and dependencies.
- Build and maintain a dynamic, centralized reporting matrix for all funder requirements, ensuring clear assignment and follow-up on milestones across internal teams.
- Partner with Fund Development and Marketing to operationalize opportunities for impact storytelling, testimonial collection, and asset creation tied to funded milestones.
Financial Tracking, Time Management & Hands-On Execution (Doer Mindset)
- Lead project budget tracking in close coordination with Financ
