Are you passionate about shaping the future of healthcare? At Dexcom , our Market Access team is focused on expanding our impact and driving growth.

We’re seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Senior Market Access Manager for Eastern Europe Region (“the Region”) to lead innovative strategies that align with our core values and ambitious growth objectives.

This role can be based remotely in Austria or Slovenia. Relocation support may be available, where legally applicable, for candidates who already have the right to work within the EU and who wish to relocate to a country where Dexcom has an established office. Cross border commuting is not available for this role.

To be successful in this role, you will be fluent in English and a preference for one or more languages among Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian or Turkish. You will also bring strong knowledge and experience of the Market Access landscape across Eastern Europe

Where you come in:

- Work in full collaboration with local partners/distributors to expand access to our therapies in the countries of Eastern Europe Region

- Develop and implement strategy and plan for CGM (continuous glucose monitoring) reimbursement expansion to new indications in the Region in collaboration with EMEA Market access and local partner

- Develop strategies to engage with clinical- and patient association to further reimbursement expansion

- Drive implementation of value tools from EMEA Market Access team, and identify opportunities to strengthen local value story/develop new tools through data generation and partnerships with external stakeholders

- Lead strategies for shaping the tender landscape

- Establish the opportunity for local sales team to execute switch business based on perceived value of rt-CGM (real-time continuous glucose monitoring).
