The Senior Finance Business Partner is a key member of our FP&A team, partnering closely with executives and cross-functional business leaders to support new business growth and drive financial performance.This role will develop sophisticated financial models and investment analyses that align prospective client needs with company objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical, and collaborative finance professional who can translate complex financial information into actionable insights.Theywill help leadership achieve financial targets byidentifyingrisks and opportunities, solving complex business problems, and developing operational strategies that improve financial results and create new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Establish a clear understanding of client goals,objectives, and business needs through financial analysis, data interpretation, and effective communication

Develop detailedpro formafinancial models, investment analyses, and business cases to evaluate new business opportunities and support strategic decision-making

Partner with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to develop financial solutions that balance prospective client requirements with company financialobjectives

Identifyfinancial risks, opportunities, trends, and performancedrivers;proactivelycommunicate insights to internal and external business partners

Navigate ambiguity with confidence and curiosity by asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions, and developing creative and innovative solutions

Develop and present multiple financial scenarios and recommendations to help business partners achieve strategic and financial goals

Clearly communicate financial terms, deal structures, modeling assumptions, key drivers, and underlying causes of variances to both financial and non-financial stakeholders

Incorporate stakeholder feedback, address concerns, andfacilitatealignment on financial recommendations and deal structures

Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ongoing financial performance analysis

Provide ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, modeling, and strategic support for leadership and cross-functional initiatives

Partner with business leaders to develop operational strategies that improve financial performance and maximize business opportunities

Present financial analyses and recommendations to leadership, clients, and other stakeholder groups as needed
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree infinance,business,accounting,economics, orrelated field; MBA preferred

ExperiencewithFP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis

Demonstrated ability to understand, build, and communicate sophisticated financial models, including financial terms, assumptions, drivers, and scenarios

Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for executives, business partners, and external clients

Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel; intermediateproficiencyin Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
