Position Overview

The Senior Director, Investor Relations serves as the company's primary liaison to the investment community and a strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors on investor sentiment, market perceptions, valuation drivers, and capital markets trends. This leader owns the company’s investor relations strategy and external investment narrative, translating technology roadmap , software and platform capabilities, business strategy, and financial performance into a compelling investment thesis that strengthens investor confidence and supports long-term shareholder value creation.

The Senior Director builds and maintains relationships with investors, analysts, rating agencies, and other key stakeholders, while bringing external market intelligence and investor perspectives back into the organization to inform enterprise decision-making. The role partners closely with Finance, Strategy, Legal, Communications, and business leaders to ensure clear, consistent, credible, and transparent communication with the investment community.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy, ensuring the investment community has a clear understanding of the company's strategy, performance, growth opportunities, transformation priorities, and long-term value creation objectives.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors on investor sentiment, shareholder expectations, ownership trends, valuation drivers, capital allocation perspectives, market dynamics, and emerging risks and opportunities.

- Develop and continually evolve the company’s investment thesis and external financial narrative, translating complex technology, product architecture, software and cloud business models, and technical differentiation into clear value drivers for tech-focused investors and analysts. Ensure consistency and compelling articulation of the company’s strategy, competitive differentiation, financial performance, and long-term value proposition across investor-facing communications.

- Develop and execute a proactive investor targeting and engagement strategy, building strong relationships with existing and prospective technology and software sector portfolio managers, tech-specialist equity analysts, sell-side analysts, rating agencies, and broader capital markets stakeholders to strengthen the company’s credibility, visibility, and long-term shareholder base.

- Gather, analyze, and synthesize market intelligence, including investor feedback, analyst perspectives and models, peer and competitive performance, valuation trends, shareholder composition, and broader capital markets developments; translate insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership and the Board.

- Lead the company’s investor-facing communications and engagement, including quarterly earnings materials and calls, investor presentations, Analyst Days, conferences, roadshows, shareholder outreach, annual meeting support, and other high-profile investor interactions.
