The Senior Application Workflow Specialist supports complex RIS, PACS, and clinical AI implementations within Service and Delivery by providing clinical workflow analysis, optimization, and consulting. This role advises radiology departments and clinical stakeholders on how to configure and adopt DeepHealth solutions, and partners with Implementation, Support, Operations, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to improve diagnostic and operational outcomes and sustained user adoption.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct pre- and post-implementation workflow assessments in radiology departments to identify operational challenges, diagnostic delays, and opportunities to improve clinical and operational efficiency.

Develop and document clinical workflow strategies that support adoption and optimization of PACS, RIS, and clinical reporting solutions.

Act as a clinical subject matter expert during customer engagements, guiding radiologists, clinicians, department directors, and clinical administrators through change management.

Lead clinical training for radiologists, technologists, and clinical administrators to support onboarding and proficient use of deployed solutions.

Partner with implementation and technical teams so product configurations align with each facility's clinical workflows, protocols, and user preferences.

Serve as the primary clinical workflow resource for assigned complex implementations from kick-off through go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support.

Maintain customer workflow assessments, future-state workflow designs, and training plans in project or ticketing systems.

Contribute to continuous improvement of Service and Delivery clinical workflow methods, support processes, and the knowledge base.

Ensure work complies with applicable regulatory standards and internal policies.

Support key customers with clear updates and guidance to sustain adoption and positive clinical relationships.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience including a clinical or radiology background (required).

5+ years of experience in radiology and diagnostic imaging environments, including clinical consulting, workflow optimization, and customer-facing support for healthcare technology or medical imaging solutions (required).

ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and completion of an accredited radiologic sciences program (required).

Deep clinical and technical understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, DICOM standards, and clinical reporting platforms (required).

Experience implementing medical imaging software or clinical decision-support systems (required).

Demonstrated ability to engage senior healthcare leaders on clinical workflow assessment, optimization, and adoption outcomes (required).

Proven experience guiding clinical teams through software transitions and workflow redesign (required).

Strong communication skills, including translating software capabilities into clinical language for radiologists and operational leaders (required).

Experience leading change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, workflow adoption, training, and communication planning (required).

Preferred: Experience supporting complex, enterprise-level healthcare sales cycles, clinical demonstrations, or pre-sales workflow discovery.
