We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support modernization and enhancement initiatives within a public sector organization. This role focuses on delivering complex technology solutions for correctional services infrastructure and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will lead stakeholder consultations, translate business needs into technical specifications, and drive process improvements across multiple government ministries and departments.

This position requires someone who can develop integrated system and technical design specifications, facilitate business process improvement workshops, and gather requirements from diverse stakeholder groups to support enterprise IT implementations. The role encompasses business architecture design, software system specifications, database modelling, and project artifact development using XML, UML and web services technologies. This position will bridge communication between vendors, client ministries, and technical teams while managing project documentation, status reporting, and user training identification throughout all project phases.
Qualifications

- University degree in business, management or related discipline and 4+ years - Technical Business Analyst experience; OR two-year diploma in business, management or related discipline and 6+ years - Technical Business Analyst experience; OR one-year certificate in business, management or related discipline and 7+ years - Technical Business Analyst experience; OR 8+ years - Technical Business Analyst experience
