Senior Advisor – Insurance Business Development

About Voyage Advisory
Voyage Advisory is a boutique management consulting firm that helps organizations elevate service, drive performance, and power transformation. We partner with clients across customer experience, operations, technology, and organizational change initiatives, delivering practical solutions and measurable results.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced insurance industry leader to serve as a Senior Advisor focused on business development and strategic relationship cultivation.

Position Overview
The Senior Advisor – Insurance Business Development will leverage an established network of insurance industry relationships to identify opportunities, create introductions, and help expand Voyage Advisory 's presence within the insurance market.

Rather, we are seeking a highly respected industry veteran who understands the challenges facing insurance organizations, maintains strong executive-level relationships, and can help connect Voyage with decision-makers who may benefit from our consulting services, and is expected to help guide those relationships toward closed business.

This is a flexible, part-time position requiring approximately 10–30 hours per month. While the schedule is flexible, this is an active, accountable role with defined performance expectations, not an informal referral arrangement.

- Attend a standing internal sales meeting and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Voyage's sales CRM.

- Meet quarterly performance targets tied to pipeline contribution and closed business, consistent with the paid nature of this role.

- Participate in occasional prospect meetings and business development discussions.

- Help strengthen Voyage's reputation and visibility within the insurance marketplace.

- May have the opportunity to get involved in Voyage consulting engagements as a Senior Advisor, for those who are interested in additional project work.
