Description

TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We've been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners β€” people with no prior tech background β€” through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.

We are looking for Onboarding Sales Trainer to join our Sales Training team and own the onboarding and development of new sales hires working with the US market .

This is a hands-on role for a sales professional with leadership, coaching, or training experience who will lead two-week onboarding programs for new hires, develop practical sales skills, and maintain training materials. The role is fully remote, supports our LATAM-based sales team serving the US market, and requires native-level Spanish, fluent English.
What you will do

-
Lead end-to-end onboarding for new sales hires , running a structured two-week onboarding program for our LATAM-based sales team working with the US market .

-
Train regular cohorts of new hires β€” currently around 4–5 people once a month , with cohort sizes expected to grow to 10+ people as the team scales.

-
Develop practical sales skills , including discovery, probing, objection handling, closing, follow-up, negotiation, customer communication, and working with different customer profiles.

-
Train new hires on our product, sales processes, and day-to-day tools , including CRM systems, telephony, WhatsApp-based communication tools, and other digital sales platforms .

-
Run highly interactive training sessions using role plays, mock sales calls, real-life scenarios, demonstrations, practical exercises, and continuous feedback to make sure trainees can apply what they learn in real conversations.

-
Assess each trainee’s progress throughout the two weeks , identify individual gaps, adapt your coaching approach, and provide clear feedback on their readiness before handing them over to their Sales Supervisor.

-
Partner closely with Sales Supervisors and managers to ensure a smooth handover, share feedback on each trainee, and jointly investigate performance gaps if a new hire struggles after onboarding.

-
Maintain and improve onboarding materials , including presentations, scripts, exercises, guides, and process documentation, keeping them accurate and up to date whenever sales processes or operations change.

-
Use AI and modern productivity tools to create and improve training materials, scripts, presentations, exercises, and other onboarding content more efficiently.

Requirements

-
Hands-on sales experience. You should understand the full sales process from your own practical experience, not only from managing or training others.

-
2+ years of leadership, team supervision, coaching, or sales management experience , ideally working directly with sales teams.

-
Native-level Spanish and fluent English , with the confidence to train, coach, and provide feedback in both languages.

-
Strong communication and facilitation skills β€” you can explain complex concepts simply, keep a group engaged, and adapt your communication style to different levels of experience.

-
Patience, empathy, and emotional maturity. You are comfortable working with struggling trainees, handling difficult conversations, receiving critical feedback, and resolving disagreements constructively.

-
Strong ownership and accountability. You can recognize when something is not working, admit mistakes, review the situation objectively, and adjust your approach rather than becoming defensive or blaming others.

-
Energy and charisma to motivate people, maintain engagement, and create a positive but demanding learning environment.

-
Comfort with digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems, including CRM, telephon
